Overview
The Dhyana 9KTDI sCMOS features a next-generation back-illuminated TDI technology with a spectral response range of 200-1100nm, making it suitable for ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared imaging. This TDI technology provides exceptionally high signal-to-noise ratios (SNR) for low-light applications, and its high-speed line frequency of up to 510kHz at 9K significantly enhances visual detection efficiency.

The Dhyana 9KTDI sCMOS employs back-illuminated technology, boasting a broad spectral response range from 200nm to 1100nm. When combined with 256-level TDI and advanced cooling technology, it excels in low-light imaging applications across ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared spectrums.
256 TDI Stages for Enhanced SNR
Supporting 16 to 256 levels of Time Delay Integration (TDI) imaging, the Dhyana 9KTDI sCMOS maximizes signal integration over time, enabling the capture of images with a higher signal-to-noise ratio even in challenging lighting conditions.
High Throughput of Up to 510kHz @ 9K
Equipped with the latest CXP-12 high-speed interface, the Dhyana 9KTDI sCMOS achieves a line frequency of 9K at 510kHz, delivering a data throughput of 4590 Mpixel per second. This performance is nearly six times faster than current mainstream 8K line scan cameras and more than 50 times faster than back-illuminated TDI-CCD cameras.
